What happens when I make a reservation?

When you have made your request for an airport transfer, one of our operators will check your requirements/our availability and will contact you directly to confirm all aspects of the booking.

What does the price include?

A “Single” price will include the single transfer of your party from the stated airport to your chosen destination inclusive of all local tolls and taxes.

A “Return” fare will include the transfer of your party “to and from” the stated airport and your chosen destination inclusive of all local tolls and taxes.

The price quoted is for the “entire party” regardless of size.

How do I identify my driver on arrival?

Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals lounge at the airport with clearly marked signage depicting the lead traveller’s name.

You will also be provided with the designated driver’s mobile telephone number the day before your arrival, in order that you can make contact with him if needed.

Journey Times?

At the confirmation stage of the booking process you will be notified of the approximate transfer time, however these may vary in high season due to traffic volumes and/or roadworks that may necessitate taking an alternative route.

What happens if my outbound flight is delayed?

Where possible, and subject to the availability of drivers and vehicles; your driver will make every effort to collect you and your party at the revised time.

What happens if my outbound flight is cancelled?

In the event of your outbound flight being cancelled your driver will, subject to the availability of drivers and vehicles; take you and your party to the airport at your revised departure date/time.

How much luggage can I take?

Provision is made within the online booking form to let us know how many pieces of luggage you intend to bring with you, and also to let us know of any special requirements you may have such as prams, wheelchairs or snowboards!!

What happens if my holiday details change prior to departure?

If your holiday details change prior to departure every effort will be made, subject to the availability of drivers and vehicles; to meet your revised requirements.

You should advise us of any changes to a pre-arranged transfer as soon as you become aware of these changes.

What happens if I cancel my holiday?

You may cancel your holiday with us at any time; however cancellation charges will apply. Details of these charges and our terms & conditions will be forwarded to you with the confirmation of your booking.

Behaviour

The staff at PJM Travel are polite and friendly, and will treat you and your party courteously at all times and as such we expect our clients to behave in the same manner. We reserve the right not to carry out the transfer of any passengers who are thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs; or who behave in a threatening or abusive manner.

How do I pay?

Payment of a 50% deposit of the total payable is due at the time of confirming your booking, the balance payment of 50% is payable NOT LATER than 1 calendar month prior to the first airport transfer.

We accept all major credit/debit cards and in addition you can now pay using either PayPal or Google Checkout.
