I had to write and pass on my thanks and congratulations for the super
efficient and professional level of service I had during my recent transfers. I
would like to pass on my particular thanks to my driver John who I thought was
great, he was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in pointing out
local landmarks and explaining how to get around and where to visit. It was a
pleasure to have met him. He was a thoroughly nice man, professional and
friendly, nothing was too much trouble and he was really keen that I had a good
experience whilst on holiday. If you would, please pass along my sincere thanks
to him as he really did make my trip all the better and I would not have

"We used PJM Travel for our holidays in June
2010. Our driver was english speaking and gave us great insights into the
area and extremely useful tips on how to make the most of our holiday.
Unfortunately a few days into our holiday our young son fell ill and we needed
immediate transport to a hospital. We rang the local office and Pete
collected us 5 minutes later and took us straight away, he returned to collect
us at the hospital we were transferred to over an hour away in the middle of
the night and returned us to our holiday home. Pete was outstanding! Pete
also called to our caravan a few days later to see how our son was doing and to
see if we needed anything. I would highly recommended PJM Travel and
their staff who are reliable, polite, friendly and extremely helpful. We
will definitely be using them again."

Just to let you know that we were very happy with the
service provided, no stress which is just the way a good holiday should start.
Both drivers were on time, uniformed, extremely helpful and
polite, the van was loaded entirely by both drivers and expertly packed with no
damage to anything. The service represents excellent value for money not least
because of the professionalism and friendly nature of both drivers.

Can I thank your company for such brilliant communications throughout
and providing a first class service at a reasonable rate. We were all extremely pleased with the service we received.
Mark, our driver in both directions; was an absolute pleasure to be with. He spoke very informatively and made the journey go very quickly.
He stopped off at a Supermarket en route as we had asked and waited patiently without any fuss until we had done our weeks shopping.
Had we made our own way we would have had to hire 3 cars and on top of that the cost of fuel, road tolls and the stress of driving in those conditions would have worked out much more expensive than the price we paid.
We shall certainly be recommending your company to friends of ours who also use the same chalet we were in at Puy St Vincent.

able to watch DVDs on the way, and the coffee and snacks onboard were

We were met on both occasions on time by smart, easily identifiable drivers who were both very friendly and helpful.
Compared to previous transfers and other quotes we received for this trip, we found it to be extremely good value for money.
The fact that we were able to change our arrangements whilst there, in
addition to other positives such as friendly, capable drivers who knew
exactly where they were going and who also turned up exactly on time;

To all at Lyon Airport Transfer,
We were all extremely happy with the service provided. Our driver Igor was early on both occasions, polite, helpful, uniformed and easily identifiable at the airport. We were particularly impressed that he stayed overnight the night before our return transfer to the airport near Ste Foy, to guarantee that he'd be there in the morning to collect us despite the weather/conditions - fantastic!
This was very reassuring, especially given the recent cold weather and the situation at the airports.
Having shopped around with different companies, and now having seen how far the drive was, in extremely tricky conditipons, then your price is hugely competitive, and your reliability is priceless.
Communication with your company was top notch; e-mails were replied to swiftly, and SMS with Igor was very helpful when our incoming flight was diverted from Chambery to Lyon instead.
Similarly, the ability to book and pay for everything via e-mail and PayPal is very convenient.
We will definitely use your services again and be recommending you to others.

We had a very positive experience with PJM Travel - they were accomodating, friendly, punctual and had very competitive prices.
We were travelling as a group of 7 with 3 small children, this in itself usually presents problems but a minibus was provided along with all the necessary child and booster seats at no extra charge which took us door to door.
I would highly recommend the service to anyone needing airport transfers, we were all very impressed with the care and attention to detail we enjoyed.

We arrived from Dublin and used PJM Travel which we had pre-booked to get us all to our resort.
There were 8 of us and plenty of baggage!!
The vehicle and driver were waiting for us both on arrival with a board with our name on it at the airport, and again when it was time to return.
We found it to be extremely efficient and excellent value for money with helpful and friendly drivers.
We would most certainly recommend this company to friends and family.

Returned to UK last Tues safe and well. Its so good to be home.......NOT!!!!
We had a lovely time in France and having used your company it made our transfer from the airport to the campsite really easy.
When we landed at the airport the lovely Nicki was there waiting as promised and she was so helpful and a really friendly person.
On our journey to the site Nicki gave us some really useful information and tips for our stay. When we got to the site Nicki didnt just drop us at the gate, she waited for us to sign in and she drove us to our lodgings and unloaded our luggage so we did not have to struggle.
8 days later bang on time Nicki was there to take us back to the airport.
Again she was very chatty and it was an absolute pleasure to have her as our driver.
When we visit France again I would definetely contact you and hopefully you would be able to help us again.

Now back in UK following fantastic 3 week hols in France.
Thank you so much for your impressive and efficient service. As non French speaking parents of 5 small children it was such a relief to us to find a taxi service with British drivers using a minibus big enough to take us with all our luggage. Communications were answered so promptly I never had any worries that bookings wouldnt be fulfilled. The drivers were courteous and knowledgeble. I also felt the price charged was very reasonable. I would most certainly recommend your company to any travellers from Lyon airport.

Lyon Airport Transfer come highly recommended. The staff are friendly, courteous, quick to respond and more than happy to go that extra mile to provide an all round excellent service.
From the moment I made contact I was reassured that my travel was in safe hands and any concerns I had vanished.
The company offer excellent value for money.
On the day of my travel I was fortunate enough to have Eamonn as my driver. He arrived early, as he had already checked the traffic for the area on that day and wanted to ensure safe and timely delivery. He was thoughtful, polite and excellent company during the 3 hour round trip.
He was the "icing on the cake", and I would definitely use this company again, if I return to that area of France.

No Hire car booked? Then use PJM Travel we did!! It is an excellent, reliable and reasonable fare service, no hidden costs and no extra cost on a sunday.
When we needed to get around, we just rang Pete and he arranged pick up and drop off at our selected destination, always giving us a running commentary on the area and tips and advice that proved invaluable during our stay.
